Club 7 Fitness instructors are AFAA, ACE, Turbo Kick, Pilates, Zumba®, Cycle are BODYPUMP™ , CXWORX™ and BODYATTACK™ trainers. Our Yoga instructors are Yogafit trainers and have other specialty certifications. We all take pride in keeping up with what is hot in the industry and new class ideas. Definition of Classes
YO-LATES – Reap all the benefits of a centered, flowing Yoga class with the strength-focused movements of Pilates as well.
NEW – SPARTACUS – For the Warrior within all of us! A circuit-type interval class, using a variety of exercises that collectively work every part of your body. Each 60- second station will challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles.
NEW – CROSS TRAINING – A full-body combo-class offering step, low impact and possible high impact moves, and strength training. Modifications given for all fitness levels.
NEW – F.I.R.E – Functional. Interval. Resistance. Exercise. Cardio work is integrated with functional strength training, followed by core work and stretching. All fitness levels welcome.
NEW – HATHA YOGA – is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
NEW – IYENGER YOGA – A form of Hatha. It has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama).
BODYFLOW™ – is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
PILOXING® – Cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. A NON-STOP, CARDIO FUSION OF STANDING PILATES, BOXING AND DANCE THAT WILL PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS FOR A SLEEK, SEXY, POWERFUL YOU!
BOXING(Club 7 Boxing Studio) – Boxing classes are also an all-over body workout but time spent on the heavy bags will be solely dedicated to punching combinations.
KICKBOXING (Club 7 Boxing Studio)– Kickboxing classes are an all-over body workout that utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.
BODYPUMP™ – is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.
CX30™/CXWORX™ – really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CX30™/CXWORX™ is for you!
BODYATTACK™ – is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYATTACK™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Hip Hop Hustle – Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too! Hip Hop HUSTLE™ blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!
Kickboxing– A challenging interval strength class that blends your own strength with punching, kicking and fun music! This training will increase your aerobic stamina, help reduce stress and define muscle tone from head to toe. This ain’t no dance class!
Zumba®– Zumba? It’s 60-minutes of aerobic-dance featuring a variety of rhythms from all over Latin America. You’ll get a taste of everything! Meringue, Salsa, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggae, Cumbia, Calypso, Cha Cha, Belly Dancing, Break Dancing and more!! Come, Dance and get a great workout!
Spinning – is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the fitness programs, our spinning classes push you to the MAX with music & FUN!
Yoga – Sometimes you just need to relax and focus! Yoga is a great compliment and necessity to any workout program. This class is devoted to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Appropriate for the beginner as well as the experienced yogi.
Pilates Core – Pilates focuses on a strong core which includes back and abdominals. Rather than strengthening muscles by shortening them, Pilates creates a long, strong, lean muscles. This class is appropriate for any skill level and is a wonderful addition to your yoga and fitness practice.
PIYO – combines moves form effective choreography that’s challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. This is unlike anything you’ve ever done before, and we’re sure you’ll love it more than any other strength-building, core conditioning class you’ve taken. PiYo™ requires no previous experience. A combination of Pilates & Yoga is a 1-2 punch for the body.
Weighted Workout – This workout is designed to imitate the weight room in a group setting. Each class will perform the same exercises for legs, back, biceps, triceps, chest and abs. You will challenge yourself to improve your strength and form.
